When do classes start?
The schedule for class dates and times is shown on the Class Timetable. Once you have registered or Logged in, you will have access to the Class Timetable where you can simply click on the class(es) that you intend to register your child on.
How are fees paid?
Fees are paid on registration. Payment is made by credit card on a portal that appears once you make a selection on which classes you’d like your child to attend.
What if my child cannot attend a class?
By giving at least 24 hours notice, you may shift the class to another day/time. Email us on greenlight@upnaway.com to arrange an alternative class. Without notice of a change, fees paid are forfeited.
How will I receive the resources for the class?
These are sent to you via email upon registration
Can I access additional Resources to advance my child's learning?
Yes, there are helpful resources posted on the website. Once you register, you can draw down from those resources as required.
Can I have my child assessed for literacy and numeracy?
Yes, there is an option for having your child assessed. Please contact us on greenlight@upnaway.com to find out more about the assessment.
