The Homework Supervision Program is administrated by GreenLight Learning Centre (‘GreenLight Learning’).

Terms and Conditions

  1. I confirm that I have the lawful authority and capacity as the legal parent or guardian to enrol my child(ren) with GreenLight Learning.
  2. I hereby agree to enrol my child(ren) with GreenLight Learning to provide educational services and activities for my child(ren). I declare that the information that I have provided on the enrolment form is true and correct and that I have completed the enrolment form truthfully and to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that I have truthfully declared any medical conditions, allergies and other information that pertains to my child(ren). I agree to notify GreenLight Learning immediately if any of the information on my enrolment form should change in the future.
  3. I understand that my child(ren) will be supervised by GreenLight Learning staff and I give permission for my child(ren) to take part in program-related activities. I understand that the period of supervision is limited to the time period in which the program is advertised to run.
  4. I agree that GreenLight Learning reserves the right to notify me if my child(ren) misbehave and that I may be asked to collect my children from the service venue.
  5. I understand that continued misbehaviour may result in my child(ren)’s enrolment being withdrawn by GreenLight Learning with a full refund of any payments I have made in advance.
  6. If my child(ren) is/are suffering from any medical disease or is/are deemed to be too unwell to attend the service program, I agree to collect my child(ren) from the service venue immediately.
  7. I give permission for GreenLight Learning staff to source and arrange medical treatment that they deem my child(ren) require(s) from a medical practitioner, hospital or ambulance service. I give permission and consent for my child(ren) to be taken off the service venue site in the event of a medical emergency or under the advice of a GreenLight staff member. I give permission for GreenLight Learning staff to place my child(ren) into the care of a medical practitioner, ambulance or hospital personnel as deemed necessary by the GreenLight Learning staff member. I agree to cover the cost of any medical treatment received by my child(ren) and reimburse GreenLight Learning for any amounts paid in this regard on my child(ren)’s behalf.
  8. I agree and acknowledge that GreenLight Learning does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any child(ren) due to them participating in the GreenLight Learning service unless the injury, damage or loss was caused by the proven negligence of GreenLight Learning, it’s proprietor(s) or employees or is otherwise required by law.
  9. I indemnify GreenLight Learning (including its proprietor, officers and employees) against any costs or liability incurred as a result of any damage or injury caused by my child(ren) to any property at the service venue or to any other children or GreenLight Learning staff at the service venue.
  10. I agree to GreenLight Learning’s cancellation policy in which I forego any payments made for services when my child(ren) fail(s) to attend the service venue on the date or time of registration unless a valid medical certificate is submitted to GreenLight Learning. In the event of supplying a medical certificate, I understand that my child(ren) will be entitled to attend the program at a future time to compensate for the enrolment period missed through illness.
  11. I agree to pay a fee when my child(ren) is/are collected late from the service venue. I understand that a fee of $20 for collections up to thirty minutes late and $100 per hour or part thereof for collections more than thirty minutes late will apply.
  12. I acknowledge that GreenLight Learning may amend and update its policies and conditions. Such amendments will be published on the HomeworkSupervision.com.au website. I accept responsibility to check this website for amendments to GreenLight Learning’s policies and conditions and I agree to abide by all amended policies and conditions.
  13. I have read and agree to comply with GreenLight’s operating policies, terms and conditions.
